Postage to return the parcel to us is at your own cost, however if you have asked for an exchange of an item, we will send the replacement item to you free of charge. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 working days from receipt back into our warehouse. Refunds are paid in the manner in which the payment was accepted (Credit Card via Payment Express, Afterpay, Laybuy or PayPal). Returns are accepted for 60 days from dispatch of parcel. Garments sent back for return must be in the same condition as sent out, with tags attached. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. In the case of international orders, we will reimburse freight costs once the item has been evaluated and deemed defective. If the defect is confirmed your product will be replaced or you will be fully refunded. Once the product is returned, we undertake an evaluation process confirming the manufacturing defect.
